From the producer:
A spring garden by Claire Tabouret erupts in over 410,000 stitches.

In Paysage d’Intérieur an enchanting scene is translated into delicate embroidery. The edition focuses on light and materiality, an evolution of Claire’s ‘fluff’ paintings – a series of abstract works in which bold brushstrokes toy with the verdant landscapes of post-impressionist painters. With 20 colours, from lemon yellow to sea green and electric blue, Claire assembles a new vision for her original textured painting.

From thread and fabric to framing, every element of the artwork is crafted and assembled in Lyon – the birthplace of artisanal French textiles.
